Volume Reducer Module Features and Benefits
Change the game on R&D with exotic, high-cost alloys! Requiring only one tenth of the powder, our volume reducer module lifts the financial restriction of experimenting with exotic alloys such as C-103 Niobium.
Maximize your machine investment through printing small R&D parts while also maintaining production capabilities with the same printer. Easy to use, the Volume Reducer Module functions like the standard Flex 350 module but with some added features:
- Easily removable overflow for convenient sieving
- Retrofits into a standard Flex 350 Module in approximately 1 hour
- Maintains interchangeability of the DMP Flex 350 Module for easy swapping between R&D and production

I would love prosthetics like these. They seem so much easier than wheels.
Is it food safe?
I wish you mentioned the material used
Could you make a video how to apply texturing from 3d sprint?
I’m going to need y’all over at titan to kindly send me over one of these printers to ND! That was I can start pushing 3d printing and 3d printed equipment to farmers!
"promo sm" 🙄
Bravo
please also add the manufacturing time and cost of similar objects manufactured without AM for comparison.
Address
What printer was used for these? Looks like fun!
hello 3d system, do you have printer materials with clay for 3d printing?
For SLS 3D printing, I had the impression that they don't need any support at all. Since the metal powder would hold the 3D model layers in place. Looks like that's not the case 🙄 🤔
🔔 Over all Derby seemed better off with the original prosthetics. He ran happily for MILES at a time. Unfortunate as it was that his body wasn't parallel to the ground, so far that seems the first and best option so far. 🐕
Hi. Does it has in sale?
Cost
Reminds me of the new models of the NBA balls
Bravo! The world needs more people like you! The best of luck to you and your friend!
What kind of 3d printing technology is this? It is material extrusion for sure, but is FGF or FDF or somethig else?
It's a 'resin' - the technique is stereolithography (SLS) and the finished product in this case has a thin metal coating.
???
Excellent!!!! ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
That is just SO super awesome!!! Giving a doggo legs to run on, which gave him a life is just such an important thing to do!! And seeing the joy on that SWEET dog's face, because he has been enabled to be a NORMAL DOG!!!! You guys are my heroes!!!!! ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉👍👍👍👍🐾🐾🐾🐾
Man, that's awesome... Very innovative 💡 👏 👌
how much the price?
How much $ for top set already made?
Just to copy
Promo-SM 😃
I am looking into 3d printing a one off car body for a project. Would that be possible with your company? I'm looking for a protective shell, it does not go faster then 80mph.
Just A 3d print enthusiast here: TL:DR, You will need to make a skeleton body, then adhere the reinforced prints onto them to have any chance of safety at 40+MPH. Every 6 or so inches will need to have reinforcement on the hood to withstand the drag forces adequately, as any sufficient flex can cause a crack and lead to cascade failure in moments at speed. Heat from the engine and other high friction area's is a serious concern as well. Do not think that just printing will be enough, this will be similar to driving with ridged paper around you at 55+ MPH, so you will need a VERY solid base structure to attach the body panels too. With the proper designs to compensate for the drag forces on connection points, it is very possible, that being said... You will want to reinforce the print with very heavy duty coating, like fiberglass and internal metal rods/structure after printing, Before attaching to the frame structure you create. If you will only need to drive the vehicle once then you can forgo fiberglass (Still coat with clear varnish for drag reduction at least), however the parts will not last long due to weak impact force from kicked up debris, salt, or even bugs. BE WARNED: The print can and WILL crack if unprotected, causing a cascade failure if driving at the time, and causing the vehicle to be inoperable.
Hope you're still running, Derby! <3
Dear team do you make your own controller board for your 3d printers?
My dogs front leg paralyzed from the wrist and PAW. This makes me happy that maybe she could have this type of prosthetic and not have to have an amputation done. Ty
WOW! As a perspective patient of a multi-level lumbar fusion and corrective deformities surgery who has had four major spinal surgeries to date, this is extremely exciting! I had no idea patient specific instrumentation of interbody devices and pedical screws and rods were even possible. Fantastic!!!
Ur contact number plz...
Friends thank You for caring and helping the husky dog walk and run again, Thank You?
Next do a stress test Then do temperature test regarding heat then frost
pakotettu hymy😀
Cool tech. I went to see what materials it works with and it is as follows: TPEs, TPUs, PEBAs, SBCs I wish it did PLA and ABS! I couldn't afford it anyway though lol
Nice👌🏼 But you should develop a vapor smoothing machine for jewelry patterns printed on the mjp 2500 wax Thats the real challenge!! Hope to see one of those soon
Neat, Smart idea, your helps can helps other Dogs in need?
do you have Geomagic Design X user guider book ?
Thank you...Thank you...Thank you !!!
excellent design, glove cabinet+ roller press
Thats amazing. What a pretty and sweet dog. He doesn't know or care that he is different. I hope theres some padding in there for his elbows.
Wow! So impressive.
He looks like he's a husky so he's born to run. Great job! .
I'm waiting for my lottery ticket win and have this bikes I'm a big fan of hellcat x132
They need to be taller.
If there is anything better than awesome-sauce....this would be it. 🐶🐕
Im not crying, you are!
This is beautiful syncheof technology & skill. Too bad there are no aviation teams that utilize this.
Traurig, aber dennoch schön dass es noch Menschen mit ❤️gibt die sich so liebevoll der Tiere annehmen. Danke🍀💐
Yeah, now let me see how you go about cleaning all those parts to remove the wax from the part with mineral oil. It can get messy as hell.
